Atara Tarpaulin & Textile Industries spinning unit is a well-equipped and modern spinning unit. The unit comprises of 2,000 Routers, which is sufficient for fulfilling the urgent requirements. The unit is operating under the vibrant guidance of Partner Operations. Atara’s Spinning unit is producing carded yarn in 100% cotton (count range: 5/s to 20/s). Our spinning project is producing Yarn, which is best for the manufacturing of Tents, Tarpaulins & Allied Products. We have a production capacity of 250-300 Bags of yarn per day.

Atara Tarpaulin & Textile Industries Doubling unit is a well-equipped and modern Doubling unit. The unit is operational under the vibrant guidance of Partner Export Marketing. Our Doubling Unit is manufacturing Doubled Yarn, which is best for the manufacturing of Tents, Tarpaulins & Allied Products. We have a production capacity of 200-250 Bags of doubled yarn per day.

Atara Weaving unit is equipped with Power Looms, which are world best and renowned weaving machines. Atara Tarpaulin & Textile Ind. have deep roots in the weaving sector since three decades. Our weaving unit is capable of producing different qualities of canvas in plain, Dosouti and rip stop weave. We can also produce fabrics like dobbies, twills, and drill etc. more over we are also manufacturing canvas, which is used in manufacturing of shoes & kit bags. Adequate inventory levels are maintained for different types of canvas and fabrics in order to ensure VITAL & MASSIVE SUPPLIES needed by our esteem customers. Atara Weaving have got production capacity of 8,000- 12,000 Meters of any fabric per day.

Atara’s tent manufacturing unit is the backbone of the company; our tent unit is one of the paramount units in Asia with all sort of manufacturing facilities under one roof. We have a strong line of production in our tent-manufacturing unit having sections like cutting, paneling, framing, stitching, cobbling & packing. We have high-speed JUKI machines, which gratify the URGENT demands of our valued customers through out the world. We have our own Rope manufacturing unit where best quality rope is manufactured from the yarn manufactured at Atara Spinning Unit. The requirement of Poles for the tents is also full filled by in-house production facility. We have our own Lathe Machine, shaper, drill machine, press, welding plant & polish tanks for manufacturing of Poles both (Bamboo & Iron). These in-house facilities make it possible to meet the urgent demand of our valued customer. Atara Tent Manufacturing unit have production capacity of producing 500- 750 Refugee Tents per day.

Atara’s dyeing & waterproofing unit is one of the best indigenous Dyeing Unit, with adequate manufacturing capacity to meet the customer requirement of quick supplies. The unit is well equipped with facilities of rot proofing and fire retardant treatments. Atara Dyeing is equipped with Dyeing Plant (For Waterproofing), Dryer Plant, Jigger (For Dyeing) & Padding Machines with the production capacity of 9,000-10,000 Meters per day.
